Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the University’s Student Success Programme (SSP). This is a part-time (0.5) fixed-term position for the remainder of 2021.

This role provides project coordination and management support for the Student Success Programme at the University, as well as coordinating and supporting effective monitoring of the programme.

The role will have the following responsibilities:

Support the Director Tītoko – Centre for Student Success and Project Manager in day to day activities to manage the programme including:

  • Managing the programme schedule
  • Managing Risks and Issues
  • Supporting management of the programme budget
  • Supporting programme reporting
  • Managing meeting agendas and minutes

Ō pūmanawa - About you

To be successful in this role you will have had previous experience in supporting large and complex projects. You will readily exhibit initiative, discretion and good judgment, be well organised and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be comfortable working independently in a busy role and have the flexibility to juggle competing and changing priorities. You will also be known for your ability to build and maintain strong relationships and your collaborative approach to everything you do.
