Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Principal Organisational Development Adviser on a permanent, full-time contract. As a Principal (OD) Adviser, your portfolio includes Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) with the strategic initiative for Anti Racism. Operating as an advocate and role model, you will be responsible for providing advice and leading university-wide EDI initiatives.
